How the framework can help you as a learning provider
The Framework helps employers, learners and the public in general to understand the full range of Scottish qualifications. It shows how they relate to each other and how they can contribute to improving skills and knowledge.
As a learning provider, you may be asked to explain the specific features, such as level and SCQF Credits, of the Framework and its benefits. Programme designers and writers of unit specifications will also need to know about the general level descriptors of the Framework.
